Our Corporate Events Method
Our visual development process for corporate events is structured into four essential phases, ensuring a strategic, creative, and consistent approach:
1. Visual Concept Development
Definition of the visual concept and main graphic identity, ensuring consistency in all materials related to the client’s participation in the event. The concept must align with the brand’s strategic guidelines.
1.1 Methodology
- In-depth analysis of the briefing and research on past events;
- Study of the brand’s visual identity and product characteristics;
- Research on typography and color schemes of the institutional and commercial brand;
- Evaluation of styles and representative images;
- Analysis of media and formats for artwork application, considering readability and visual impact;
- Development of alternative central messages and selection of the final proposal;
- Creation of images and mockups for concept presentation.
1.2 Deliverable
- Digital presentation of the visual concept (72 dpi) for review and final approval.
2. Digital Media Assets
Development of digital materials for internal and external promotion of the client’s participation in the event, adapted to different platforms such as social media, email marketing, and messaging apps.
2.1 Methodology
- Analysis of the brand’s visual identity and products;
- Research on typography, color schemes, and pictograms for digital media;
- Study of image styles compatible with digital communication.
2.2 Deliverable
- Low-resolution digital file for review and adjustments;
- Final artwork in .jpg or .png formats, in RGB, with optimized dimensions for each platform, available via download link.
3. Visual Communication Assets
Development of visual assets for printed materials and customized event elements, ensuring integration with the booth and effective brand communication.
3.1 Methodology
- Analysis and development of the visual concept language;
- Research on the brand’s and product’s visual identity;
- Study of typography, color schemes, and use of pictograms;
- Evaluation of image styles and material readability.
3.2 Deliverable
- Digital file in 72 dpi for review and adjustments;
- Final version in 300 dpi (or according to print specifications), available via download link.
4. Exhibition Booth
Development of a booth design aligned with the visual concept and commercial strategy, optimizing space, resources, and construction feasibility according to the Exhibitor Manual specifications.
4.1 Methodology
- Analysis of the visual concept and its application in the exhibition space;
- Research on the brand’s and product’s visual identity;
- Definition of key objectives for the event presence;
- Evaluation of the products/services on display;
- Architectural survey and space planning;
- Analysis of technical requirements;
- Development of a 3D render with the architectural proposal.
4.2 Deliverable
- Digital file in 72 dpi for review and adjustments;
- Final file in 300 dpi (or according to printing needs), with technical details for assembly, available via download link.
